Hi everyone I gave birth to my son in July this year and after I had him I noticed a purpley kind of mark on the hard bit of my nipple and it is a bit bumpy (I have never breast fed).
I am a very paranoid person and am absolutely terrified of cancer. I got it checked out by a nurse at my doctors surgery and she said it didn’t seem to be anything sinister but thinking back to the appointment she didn’t actually touch my nipple or anything she only felt the top bit of my breast.
For the past few days I have been feeling my breasts to check them for lumps and if I press down quite far underneath my nipple (the same one) there is a lumpy kind of feeling but I feel like it is just fatty tissue and I’m telling myself it is something worse because there are lumpy bits like that on my other breast but not exactly the same if that makes sense. I’ve also been getting kind of an achey pain in both of my breasts (my period was over a week ago so I don’t think it is to do with that). When I put my bra on it also gets a bit itchy maybe it’s just the fabric of my bra?
Could somebody tell me if they have experienced the same kind of thing? Thank you in advance
