So I’ve had almost constant spotting/bleeding since the damn thing was put in. Strings have gone up inside. Want it out. GP said to try a two week course of progesterone first, to have a good flush out, and hope that will solve it. If not, referral to get it out.
So I took the tablets and was expecting a period after the last tablet. Just slight bleeding/spotting, same as before.
Anyone else done this, if so, what was the outcome ?
