Vaccine issues; hormones etc

I was wondering if any one had experienced issues with hormones/female health since having the vaccine.

I was late for 6 weeks and since haven't had a proper period. Standard breast soreness which denotes I'm due but zero. I have been up and down like a yo yo emotionally. Hair has been shedding also.

Just wanted to see if anyone is experiencing anything similar as I'm super reticent now to have the booster. Due a blood test this week but I was fine before second vaccine.

Any insights would be gratefully received.

Hi @Shotton1985,

After my first vacine, my period was about 1 week late. Then after the second vacine, it was about 1 week early. 2nd one was August. PMS has been really bad since I got the second one. Breast pain begins at ovulation and pretty much lasts until the day I get my period. Cramps are a nightmare now aswel, all feels a lot more intense since the vacine.

I had the Pfizer one if that makes any difference.

Any illness, infection or vaccination can have side effects that affect your usual health, wether to have the vaccine depends on the relative risks. The vaccine is known to be very low risk, whereas Covid is known to be high risk especially if you are pregnant or immunocompromised.

It gave me a period and reduced my milk supply (breastfeeding). I wasn't going to get the 2nd but was scared into it with the new variant
