My periods have always been regular but starting to get closer together now.
Normal for me would be :
Day 1-2 very light bleeding, intermittent
Days 3-4 very heavy, floods, clots
Days 5-7 easing off, browny discharge
This month I had heavy bleeding for about 4 days then started with browny discharge, mainly when I wiped (sorry TMI!)
I'm now on day 9 and I have fresh bleeding again, although light.
Had smear in September, HPV positive but no abnormal cells. Been the same for the last 4 or 5 years, had colposcopy 2 years ago, all normal, biopsies clear.
Only difference this month was that I had my covid booster 2 days before my period started.
Does this just sound like peri? Been getting hot flushes, vaginal dryness, all the usual peri symptoms for the last 5 or 6 years.
