Postpartum Prolapse help!

Hi all,
About to share way TMI
I am 11 weeks PP and have been aware of a prolapse since 3 weeks PP. I have been to the doctors twice who said I didn't have one (?!) But that if I did then PFE would fix it. I then paid for a private women's physio who said I have a prolapsed bladder and no amount of physio or exercise will fix it or reduce it but can reduce the symptoms. I guess I'm asking whether anyone has experienced this and 'healed' it themselves and it is no longer visible/ any problem. If so, how did you do it? I've read such conflicting things!
Thanks in advance...would love to have an answer so I can move on either way.

I have a large double prolapse and am awaiting surgery. To lessen the discomfort I had a pessary fitted to hold things in place for the time being. Might this be a temporary fix for you?

I’d advise going to your GP to get a referral to a gynaecologist.

My Initial visit to the GP was similar to your experience. She said she couldn’t see it. I pressed her for an appointment with a specialist and she reluctantly agreed. The gynaecologist took seconds to diagnose both bladder and rectal prolapses. Keep badgering them.

Search for FPOPS UK on fb you will get loads of advice on there
You need to see a urogynaecologist not just regular gynae keep pushing to be referred xxxx

Please look into hypopressive exercise/therapy. It's recommended where I live (not UK) for exactly this kind of postpartum problem.
