Have I pulled my c section scar?

I have pain along my c section scar which feels just like after I gave birth... 3.5 years ago! No fever, no redness, no issues weeing or pooing except when I flex the muscle to go it obviously smarts a bit. No bleeding. Just the pain.

I do have scar tissue down there and adhesions, could one have snapped? It came on quite suddenly over the weekend. I have two very rambunctious children, the eldest of whom is seven, huge and rolls all over me like a climbing frame. The youngest is three and I still have to lift them occasionally to get them into a trolley etc.

I'm not in agony, I can get DCs to school etc. But I'm not particularly comfortable either. NHS symptom checker says manage at home.

I have health anxiety so trying really hard not to freak out here.

forgot to add

I was scanned recently, five months ago, including my scar and nothing sinister found beyond scar tissue and a few fibroids.
