PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) is ruining my life

PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) is ruining my life, my relationship and my career.

I never even knew it was such a thing until a few years ago but each month I go into a rage, I hate everyone, I'm nasty, say things I don't mean (but at the time I really do mean it) I feel depressed and anxious witn it. I'll then go okay for a few weeks and then bang it's back.
Anyone else have this and is it worth seeing g

I have pmdd suffered for years and years only had a normal life when I was pregnant with my children. I tried everything and I mean everything from natural to medicine and both together.
Last year I used the period delay tablet norethisterone for 2 weeks. I had no pmdd symptoms at all. I spoke to my gp and they have put me on noriday contraception. For the past 6 months I've had no nasty symptoms apart from spots on my face and no period. I dont like taking medication for mess with my hormones however the suicidal depression and anger I'm happy to say goodbye too!

This was me fir years. I'm now on cerezette mini pill which has stopped my periods. I'm much much better since being on it. I'm not sexually active, I purely take it for PMDD
