Been on betahistine for 2 weeks… I’ve gone from having 4 severe vertigo attacks in the space of a couple of weeks to milder/perhaps just dizziness that lasts all day every other day. How long does betahistine take to work? Also not ever feeling hungry since I’ve been on it. Am forcing myself to eat as I’m taking the tablets but otherwise could go all day without food which is very unlike me
