I started taking the gedarel contraceptive pill & my doctor told me to take it for 3 months back to back to stop me having periods. This is because I am being investigated for endometriosis and I've had to take days off woke because of it.
I usually take the pill in the morning before work but on holiday I didn't take it until the afternoon due to a later start. After this, a bleed started and didn't stop.
When I spoke to the doctor on day 12, she gave me pills to stop the bleeding. Yesterday it finally stopped but this morning I woke up with awful pain again and the bleeding has restarted. Wtf is going on? Doctor didn't actually explain why this is happening but it's awful.
