Lump in breast age 22

Hi , so I went to the docs yesterday and she confirmed a lump in my right breast , and referred me to the breast clinic within 1 month . I am so so scared and terrified. I cannot eat , sleep or even looking after my two kids is hard , I can't stop crying 😭 and just thinking the worst . The dr did say could be cysts or fibroadenoma and say it may go away on its own . But I'm so so scared . I felt like I needed more reassurance .. I honestly dunno how I'm gonna get though the days , please some advice would be great . It's hard not to worry it's impossible actually

Hi there, I had lumps in my breast at your age…all just fatty lumps. They don’t even remove them anymore,

If your dr thought it was very serious she’d get you an earlier appointment. Try not to worry .
