High FSH

Hi! I am wondering if anyone else has gone through this? Im 34 years old
I have not had a period since August 2021. Removed Paraguard iud in September 2021. Still no period. Gained some weight but all pregnancy tests were negative.
I had an appt with my dr last week where they did labs. Labs came back Prolactin was barely higher than normal.
FSH was 85.3
LH was 37.6

I had a similar problem a few years ago but I was on mh medication, not birth control. Apparently even a tiny rise in prolactin is enough to stop your periods.
