Anyone else had a long period after covid?

Tested pos on the Tuesday, period came Thursday heavy for 3 days as usual then light , like normal really which is 7 days for me . It should of stopped on the 3rd which it seemed to do but then spots appeared and carried on very light only needing a panty liner , but fresh red blood yesterday.

I’m on iron tablets and other tablets ( forgot name) you take them for 3 days of period to make it lighter while I build iron up again .
Would you contact doctor ? Or put it down to covid ? And see how it goes next month , Also Could it be stress/anxiety as son 11 was quite poorly with it and picked up ear infection riding of the back of covid , when fluid doesn’t completely clear it finds another route to infect , his being his ears GP said , so had constant temp and more time off school , just starting to feel better now on antibiotics after 13 days but felt it would never end Luckily I had no major symptoms.

I am wondering when it will stop thou ! Also my iron which was quite low before .
