Does this sound like thrush?

So about a month ago now I experienced the typical thrush like symptoms, thick white discharge accompanied with itching/irritation. I used the canesten internal cream treatment along with the external cream every day for about 5/6 days. It seemed to clear up the problem so I stopped using the cream, however I've since read that you should use the treatment for 2 weeks anyway to ensure it doesn't come back.

Fast forward to about a week ago and I think that's what's happened, but my symptoms are different. I now don't have any itching, only redness on either side of my labia, when I pull it to the side it looks red raw, but the discomfort isn't too bad. I can feel it when the shower hits it, there is a slight discomfort but I wouldn't go as far as to say pain. I tried putting on some external canesten cream last night and I think it has soothed it a bit already, do you suggest I use the internal treatment again? Even though none of my symptoms are "inside"? I just want it gone for good!! My thinking was that if this doesn't work I will go to GP, just getting an appointment is impossible atm!!

P.s I have recently had a full sexual health screening so I am fairly certain it's nothing of that nature either. I am a sucker for a bubble bath so I think I will have to cut those out too :(

Anyone else experienced anything like this?? Does it sound like it could be thrush without the usual symptoms of discharge and itching?
