Nipple eczma help please

Hello,

Wondering if anyone is going through the same and can recommend something to use.
My nipples are in awful state, they look cracked, dry and have crust on them. I've been to the doctors and he's said it looks like nipple eczma and to use nipple cream on them. I've tried lots of different creams and nothing works. It's been a few mknths and they still look the same. Please help. Should I ask for a specific cream to be prescribed?

I had this last year, I have psoriasis and eczema on my hands and feet too.

I used Aveeno for moisture and my GP prescribed a steroid cream. It worked really well and I hardly use it these days.

It's really awful when it itches isn't it? One can hardly start scratching one's boobs in wor!

I had this for a while - it was horrid. I found the worst bit was the itchy patches 'sticking' to my bra and never being able to heal properly. I broke the cycle by using lansinoh on squares of kitchen roll, which only came off in the shower and sleeping in a soft bra to hold the paper in place.

I had this for a year or so - I used to have to soak my bra off as it had stuck to my nipples . I tried lots of creams but can't remember if there was one that worked better than the others (it was nearly 30 years ago) What I did do was cut out dairy. I have no idea if it was a coincidence or not but it got better after that. I started eating dairy again after about three years and it's never reoccurred.
