Sudden breast pain

Feeling worried and wondering if anyone has any knowledge. For the last two days my nipple has been hurting on one side. I can't really feel it without applying pressure and it is quite localised, actually the areola just below the nipple. I can't really feel a lump though possibly the skin is a bit tight? It looks completely normal. It feels very like when I was breastfeeding and would get a blocked duct. Earlier my son bumped into it and it hurt in exactly the same way. I haven't breastfed in 3 years though. Googling hasn't really helped me so will contact GP. Not sure why I'm posting just offloading some anxiety about it really. Does it sound really concerning?? Anyone had the same?

Should add, the pain is mild. It isn't something I would seek medical attention for were it not a possible indicator of something serious
