I’ve had no period for the last 3 months. Not pregnant - done multiple tests.
I am always tired - so so tired. I put this down to being a mum but I do get a good amount of sleep and can’t seem to find a reason why I would feel this fatigued.
Has anyone had experience of their periods just disappearing?
I eat around 2200 calories a day, I am 5’4 and 9 stone. I workout 4 times a week so I’m eating enough and am not overly active - just do a healthy amount of exercise which is usually strength training and weight lifting.
I’m experiencing anxiety and convincing myself it’s something sinister! I have never missed a period in my life except when I was pregnant with my daughter of course.
My cycle is usually 28 days like clockwork, this is totally out of the blue.
Noticeably today I have been feeling a burning sensation in my lower back which is more annoying than actually painful.
I am 28 so surely it’s not menopause related!
Can anyone offer any advice or experience with this?
