Burning down below & frequent urge to wee? 4 months postpartum

I've had this for quite a few weeks now, I'm 4 months postpartum after c section
It's like a burning down below, not constant but happens a few times a day. I also get quite a strong urge to wee and seem to wee quite often, but I don't think it's a uti as I've had so many I know what they're like! And don't think it's thrush as no discharge like that
Has anyone experienced similar?

I often have cystitis symptoms, generally due to something like vulval irritation (eg a shower product which disagrees with my skin), or physical irritation (eg following sex in specific positions). Also sometimes if i am dehydrated. If you don't think it's an infection you can try drinking more water, or use potassium citrate or similar which you can get over the counter and helps make your urine less acidic. Also avoid caffeine, chilli, fresh orange etc.

Than k you very much, I think that sounds like me, I often forget to drink water. I did also read that oestrogen levels are lower whilst breastfeeding which can cause the dryness/burning
