Hello,

Back a decade ago, there were great support threads to discuss 3rd/4th degree tears, fistulas, sphincter injuries and so forth. I thought it would be good to start one up again so we can support one another and provide advice/information, a hand to hold!

I had a traumatic forceps delivery earlier this year for my first birth, it has left me with a 4th degree tear and fistulas which require repairs. I am absolutely devastated by this as prior to this, I have been a very active person who loves travelling all my life so the fear of FI etc is real.

Lots of love

Great idea, thank you.

Congratulations on your baby, sorry your bits are, well, in bits.

I've got a prolapse from giant headed babies. It's ok, but, it's a pain.

Hi @vivariumvivariumsvivaria

Congratulations on your babies. When did you have them?

Sorry about your prolapse, are you in physio to sort it?
