Hi I have been getting sharp/twinges pain that lasts about 2 seconds during the day. It come and goes. It's by my right side, very low, I would say by my ovaries. Its been happening on and off now for 2 weeks. Has anyone experienced this before and know what it could be? I rang the drs a few days ago and the Dr said it could be my appendix if it's a sharp pain. If it got worse to go straight to A&E. Or it could be a cyst on my ovary. I don't think it's my appendix. Anyone know much about cysts on ovaries? Thank you 🙂

I have had similar pains before , and I'm pretty sure it's cysts on my ovaries. They were noticed when I was about 16 years old , I actually has one that was 10cm and it disappeared.

A few months ago I had an intense pain in my right side , made me bend over in pain and I'm pretty sure it was due to a cyst. Since then use has scans kn5my ovaries . Right ovary fine after the pain , ans cyst was found on left ovary

Maybe contact gp to see if they can get you in for an ultrasound so check

It could be endometriosis. Perhaps ask your GP to refer you to female gynecological services in your area. Keep a diary of symptoms for reference.
