I currently feel like I'm being fobbed off by every GP I speak with.
It's really getting me down & I don't know where to turn.

My last period was 23/06/21 & in a considerable amount of pain on a daily basis (period like pains which are at time intense like contraction pains).

I was diagnosed with PCOS a few years back but never had any issues with my period being this delayed before.
Part of me is wondering if the covid vaccine has had a part to play in this.

I'm booked into see a gynaecologist 29/11/21 but can't help but think that I'm not going to get full answers or help at this appointment.

Thing are all over the place due to covid & I fully understand that but I'm left unable to work due to the amount of pain I'm in.
We're struggling as a family to make ends meet due to this & I just want to feel more me again.

I can't help but think that there is more to this than PCOS, only because this just isn't the normal for me?

GPS babe prescribed various medications to control pain, to try induce a period but nothing has been successful.

Women's health doesn't seem to be taken as seriously as it should be & I don't know why?

I don’t find the medical model good for any type of ongoing, longer than 6 weeks condition male or female.
