Irregular bleeding

Hi girls can someone help me. So this past 4-5 months I've been bleeding in between periods and it's been fresh blood every time with clots. And it lasts 4-5 days but it's not my period and im only off my period a week or so when the bleeding starts. Has anyone experienced this before or can someone give me advice?

Hi ! I started noticing the mid cycle bleeding after the covid vaccine. Could it be related to the vaccine? The doctor also found a polyp, which could have caused the bleeding too.
