Problems coming off the pill

Hey guys,

I’ve been taking Yasmin for around 12 years and have had to come off due to migraines.

It’s now 2 months since I stopped and I literally feel like my life is crumbling around me. I’m having really bad migraines every 10 days or so, I feel so miserable, flat and depressed. I can barely concentrate on anything and no longer care about anything I used to enjoy doing. I’m struggling with daily tasks and at risk of losing my job and my periods have showed no sign of returning at all.

Has anyone else experienced similar please?
I’ve read all these stories online of women feeling amazing after they quit the pill and I just feel like my life isn’t worth living since I stopped.

Any help or others experience would be so appreciated!

PS I have been frequently in touch with my gp about all of this but things are moving so slowly. I’ve been referred to a neurologist for
migraine but I just don’t hold out much hope for all of this to get better and I miss the old me.
