Breast lump disappeared

Last night while I was in bed I found a small lump in my breast, I felt it several times and said to myself that I would call the doctors first thing in the morning. This morning I've checked again and I can't find it, should I still book an appointment? I don't want them to think Ive wasted their time.

Yes I'd recommend still going. I had a breast lump and completely panicked - went to the GP who could also feel it and referred me on the 2 week pathway to the breast clinic. However by the time that appointment came the lump had gone, but I still went and they did a physical exam as well as an ultrasound to be sure. All was fine.
