menstrual cup leaking

hi all

not sure if I have posted in the right place but I need help with my menstrual cup. I have been using one exclusivly for about a year. have both a mooncup and a organicup and both leak every single period without fail. during the day its just annoying seepage mostly but at night when I'm laying down it's full on emptying.
I've watched all the videos, make sure I get the seal suction sound, tried different positions, put it lower and higher. if I go too low it falls out, too high and it rides up inside.
I have the larger size in both. have had 2 children and have a bit of a bladder prolapse and a weak pelvic floor.
I really really want it to work for me as I hate pads and don't want to go back to tampons but the leaking is past the point of annoying now.
is there any hope for me??

Hi, I know it has been a very long time since this post but if you see this, did you ever find the answer?

A half turn after insertion is essential to stop leaking.

thanks both. yes I tried several brands and eventually found a brand that does an extra large size (bigger than the usual large)
I have had 2 kids and episiotomy plus have very heavy bleeding so think mostly it just didn't fit and most brands don't do the much larger size. giving it a good turn also helps. and making sure fully secure. I sometimes still have issues but it's much better now.
