Please Help: Freaking out over Mammogram

6 months ago I had my first ever mammogram. They found calcifications and told me I would need a repeat mammogram in 6 months. I had another one yesterday and I was told that before I left the Hospital the Consultant Radiographer would review both images and tell me if any follow up was needed. This turned into she needed more time so would phone me. She hasn't called yet. I know hospitals are super crazy busy at the moment and if I hadn't originally been told she would review them the same day while I waited I wouldn't be so panicked. But now I'm worried the wait is a bad sign. I know they were going to discuss ongoing follow up in an MDT meeting. So I'm just finding it all very stressful. Anyone had any similar experiences?

I would definitely call in the morning in case they've forgotten you or got the wrong number. I hope you get the all clear.
When I had a mammogram recall earlier this year and they gave me a number to call with any questions. Unfortunately I'm not at home so I can't look out the leaflet.
