Period pains but no period

Hiya everyone, I'm just looking for a little advise. For the last 4 months I've been having a problem where I get period pain in lower abdomen, back and legs like I'm on my period, I'm not and not due on, this can last about 3/4 hours every other day or so, I also feel extremely nauseous and absolutely exhausted. I contacted my doctor almost 3 months ago no one regards to it and they done my bloods and put me on iron tablets although it's not getting no better.
I also have an infection down below but I'm not sure what it is, I've had anti biotics for BV but this infection hasn't cleared I am due to get more swans on Friday. I don't know if theses things can be connect but the infection down doesn't smell the best and I lose lots and lots of watery discharge to the point where I have to wear a liner.

Just wondering if anyone else has had anything like this?

I am having some similar issues to you. I always compare to period pains , but I also read another post linking the pains to IBS so I'm thinking it may be to do with that for myself
I have back pain, leg pain , belly pains and tiredness (sometimes discharge)

I had a watery discharge after a little gynae op. It was a rare one and I had to have certain antibiotics. I think you need to go back for swabs before Friday if you can.

If it's in the middle of your cycle it might be ovulation pain..

"Ovulation usually happens 10–16 days before your period starts. You may notice more discharge when you're ovulating. This discharge tends to be clear and stretchy, like an egg white. Right before your period arrives, the discharge may become white and cloudy."

I did get diagnosed with IBS when I was 18 but never put the 2 together.

Endometriosis can cause pain not just around your period.

Thank you it's definitely not ovulation discharge, this discharge I have is Literally like water and it's constant through out the whole month except on my period, I do get the egg white discharge when ovulating but it's very different. Hopefully when the nurse does my swabs I can get some answers

Thank you, unfortunately I did try last week but they advised that was the absolute earliest they could get me in, it's driving me mad, another thing I have is my wee smells likes detol sometimes. I have. I have idea if all these symptoms are linked together.

I had these symptoms when I had the coil in, as if my womb lining was being irritated by the coil from the inside. Whatever caused it was creating strange hip and womb pain in the first half of my cycle (as the lining was growing), odour and discharge which stopped as soon as I had the coil taken out. Could it be some kind of endo/internal irritation?

GoodnightGrandma · 19/09/2021 22:05

Could be a UTI.
