Hemorrhagic ovarian cyst

Please please will someone tell me that the pain will stop!
Went to A&E last Wednesday with really bad stomach pains and feeling like someone was shoving a rod up my arse!
Referred for CT scan and blood tests the same day. CT showed a 3vm cyst on my left ovary.
Attended the emergency gynaecology unit on Thursday for an internal ultrasound which showed the cyst as being hemorrhagic. I was sent home and told take painkillers as required.
It's a week later and I'm still in pain and look 5 months pregnant!
When will this end???

Omg I had one of these. It was so painful! Have you got cocodomol? Mine resolved itself fortunately.

I'm taking codeine with paracetamol. Was also prescribed buscopan to help with my blood irritated insides. How long did it take for you to start feeling better?

Took about a month for it to completely feel better but once I'd had my next period it felt a lot better
