Extremely sore and clicking knees

I had a baby in March and since then my knees are so sore that I can hardly walk up the stairs.. they click and feel like they're almost coming out of place. My ankles and feet also click alot now too.. I am overweight but never had this issue until I had my baby.. could this be anything other than just weight? And how can I help it (other than the obvious of lose weight)... has anyone else experienced this?

Yep, i'm exactly the same minus the baby, just a few extra stone 🙈. It's agonising and worse at night, like a deep burning pain. No idea what it is but it's getting me down.

Yes!!! That's exactly it! Worse at night and a like a burn I'm your knees.. I'm sat here now in pain! I feel like an old woman and I'm 30..I'm 18 stone but 5 ft 8 so slightly tall for a girl... I was 18 and a half stone when I was heavily pregnant and they didn't seem to bother me then .. just the last few months, seems to get worse...

Glad I'm not alone 😉. Joking aside, it's bloody painful, I'm shuffling like an old woman myself and come down the stairs sideways!! I'm thinking weight loss then the doctors if it doesn't improve, maybe also some jointcare vitamins.

I suffered this after I had DD. Lasted a 3/4 months and was agony. It went away on its own but then I suffered phlantif fissures. I got by with special socks and sketchers. Lost some weight and they stated getting better
