Midcycle bleeding and normal test results

For the last year I've had midcycle bleeding, d12 ish for 2 days ish. Most but not all months.
Sometimes with some pinching sensation on the right side.

I've had blood tests and an internal scan and they were normal results.

Im planning to go back to the GP, but I'm quite freaked out still. Has this happened to anyone else? Really looking for reassurance. Should I be asking for other tests? If so what?

Possibly ovulation bleeding? I've had this a few times and been told and assumed it's ovulation bleeding

I have had this for 10 years, had scan etc. Exact same time each month. I'm 46 now so I guess I'll stop ovulating soon so will see what happens then!

I've just created a similar thread OP. What is your bleeding like? I am experiencing very light pink/red bleeding since my cycles returned after my son. I am BF so not sure if it's related or if I should be concerned! I have read a lot about ovulation bleeding? How have your doctors left it for you?

@Km12345 I think it is to do with ovulation just not sure whether I should be worried or not.

@Cakecrumbsinmybra this started after my dc3 was born. What have the drs said to you about it?

@november90 bleeding is very variable light to heavy I don't know what to make of it
