Ovulation day

Does anyone else feel SO sick on ovulation day? I have severe nausea - feel like I'm about to throw up all day. Is this normal?

I haven't experienced this but a friend of mine did, she said it was due the the hormones changing while ovulating.

Well this time my ovulation was and still is awful Not sure if related to the vaccine in the previous month...so I've had spotting/weak legs/side pain But it's every OTHER day. Driving me crazy tbh GP appointment booked for next week just in case it's anything untoward.
I'm 42 so prob body prepping for perimenopause?
