Ovulation Pain

Hi Gals

Just looking to see whether anyone else has experienced the same as myself.

Before having a baby I used to get mild ovulation pain but since having my baby this month the ovulation pain has become so severe and unbearable.

I know if I got to mg GP they will suggest going onto contraception but that's not something I want to do.

Anyone have any advice or have this the same as me?

I get this mid cycle. Plus painful bloating. It’s horrendous. I know I could fix this by going back on the pill but I don’t want to do that. I just manage with painkillers and water retention tablets but it’s still awful. Sorry you get it too.

I used to get this mid cycle. Very painful. I know someone who was admitted to hospital with suspected appendicitis and it turned out to be ovulation pain. Fortunately mine only lasted maybe a couple of hours. I think I just took painkillers. I wasn't able to take the pill.

I get this but only since having my second child, it's awful. I've started going agnus castus and it's helped so much!
