Mirena coil - tender nipples

I had a coil fitted recently and have noticed my nipples are often hard and tender. Is this normal, will it stop ?

I hate this in first few weeks. Felt early pregnancy boobs.

Yes, for a week before my first period on the coil my nipples were so sensitive, hard all the time. On day one of my period they were back to normal. It only happened this first time, they were ok after that.
