How do people manage it?

Hello fellow suffer. I have just started a thread as having a really bad flare right now.
Would love to compare notes

I use steroid ointment. Spots have gone and thankfully I never had itching.

Thank you. I normally use ointment weekly but having a flare at the moment. Wonder if maybe I have thrush also.
