I have been taking these tablets for around 6 weeks now. It doesn't seem to have helped my shocking PMT at all but my cycle is all over the place. I don't know if it's because of the tablets or the start of the menopause. My period is now over a week late and it's usually bang on time. Has anyone else experienced similar whilst taking these herbal supplements?
