Hi,
I'm 30 years old and for the past 6 years I've been having issues with itching and red plaques on my vulva.
I finally saw a vulva specialist when I was pregnant last July who said she thought it was lischen planus.
I had a gynae follow up in Feb and the woman said she didn't think it was anything sinister but booked me in for a colposcopy which I still have to wait another 9 weeks for (cheers covid)
I've been worrying myself sick the past 48 hours cause I've found what looks like a small ulcer in one of my tears. It's not big or nasty looking, it's only little but I'm really scared it's something else now and not sure what to do?
I've been stupidly googling myself into a frenzy and I'm now scared sick I have vuvular cancer (I know this incredibly rare)
Does anyone else suffer with this? I am going to contact my GP on Monday to see if they can pull my appt forward but until then if anyone could give me a handhold that would be great.
