Hi, I had a small anal fissure a couple of years ago which from my research has now left a smallish sentinel pile/skin tag just outside my anus. I would really like this removed. Would my GP do it considering it’s linked to the fissure and not just some random tag that appeared? I went to a private dermatologist a while ago and they tried to charge me nearly £600!!! I’m based in Northern Ireland. Please help
