PMS rise in temperature ?

Hi does anyone else get hot just before period? I have always had it but today I checked my Temp and it’s high. I’m worrying as I was in contact with someone with COVID 5 days ago and I’m hoping to god it’s just my period coming!

I have done a lateral flow today waiting for PCR to arrive tomorrow.

Mine always rises to around 37.6 - 37.8 about 3 days before AF is due, been that way for around 18m now.

I've always had that. It stops me sleeping the night before it arrives.

I remember our biology teacher getting the girls to take their temps to prove this. Quite invasive and unacceptable these days I’d have thought, but we all went along with it!
