Hysterectomy scar is a bit whiffy

Hello ladies.

I had a TAH and I'm now 10 days post op. I had my scar checked by the nurse two days ago she said it's healing beautifully. I have now noticed the site has become a bit stinky. I clean it morning and night with cooled salt water and sit in front of the fan lying down to dry it off. I have a slight pouch would this be causing the smell?

I'd definitely get it checked out. I had exactly the same thing and needed 2 courses of antibiotics to clear it up.
