Prolapsed bladder concerns...

Hello,
Wondering if anyone on here could help me.
My last daughter was born 6 years ago.
It was quite a quick birth & no complications.
After her birth I struggled to urinate. Had no sensation of my bladder so couldn't tell when it was full & was unable to pass urine.
I was taken into hospital 5 days after birthday & was catheterised. There was 1.5 litres of urine in my bladder.
Around 6 months after birth things had got better but something still wasn't quite right with my bladder. I had an ultrasound & it showed that I wasn't emptying my bladder fully.
There was no follow-up..
I contacted my GP this week as I'm struggling to pass urine. I don't think I have a urine infection as it doesn't burn or sting when I go.
I have to move in all different positions to pee & also strain to empty my bladder.
When I stand up I end up leaking urine & also end up feeling damp in my underwear.
I have been referred to a urologist but a friend said it sounds like a prolapsed bladder??
I'm 29 & it's getting me down.
Does anyone have any advice that could help me?
Please be kind ♡
