Worried about white spots on vulva

Sorry for this post but I would really appreciate some expert advice. I am 47, right in the middle of peri, haven't had sex for 7 years, suddenly have about 5 white pimple like spots inside vulva. They are not squeezable and more like the milia I get on my face. No pain or itching although I do sometimes get a yellow discharge which has improved with HRT. I had one bout of herpes in my 20s and no return since and also had a Barth cyst a few years ago which spectacularly popped on a plane and needed antibiotics. I live outside the UK and am scared of going to a Dr in case it's a case of herpes and they think I have been unfaithful. I have been with my husband for 20 years and he never caught it before we stopped having sex. Is there any explanation for these milk spot like lumps? I am so grateful for any support, I feel very anxious already from the peri.

Are they itchy? Herpes tends to be itchy and uncomfortable? (I think).

Sorry, just seen that you said they are not itchy or painful, I would assume it’s not herpes. Best to get it checked out.

Sorry to add herpes was treated by GP. No itching but there may be an occasional tingle but am so anxious I am not sure. Tingling would be general rather than localized.

I had the bright yellow discharge but no other symptoms and it turned out to be an infection that was easily treated with antibiotics.
