Is this psoriasis or eczema?

Just recently these have flared up on my ankle and foot. They are quite itchy & dry.
Any idea what it could be?
I’ve also started to get hard skin across the bottoms of some of my fingers.

It doesn't look like my psoriasis, that is pink with white scales/flakes on top.

Have you googled rashes to compare to different things?

Go to your GP or ask for a private word with the pharmacist in a pharmacy- they have a room where they can look at stuff.
Eczema doesn't have the spot-like blisters.

Have you been in long grass or gardening etc?

It could be anything- bites, an allergy, hives/ urticaria/ scabies....
