I've got a urine infection and it's so, so painful. I'm on antibiotics as of this morning and I'm praying they clear some of the symptoms soon. But during the school run I peed myself. In front of one of my neighbours. He definetly noticed and thankfully polite enough to 'busy' himself.

I'm so embarrassed and feel so gross.

Oh no, poor you! FWIW, it's happened to me too, and I didn't even have a UTI (and gave birth via CS). I then had to tell the colleague who offered me a lift home that I could only accept if I could find a bag to sit on Hope you feel better soon!

In a few weeks it will be ancient history, but today it smarts.

A bad delivery and birth over 15 years ago has resulted in no pelvic floor at all a prolapse and incontience which has got worse over the years.

I really feel for her.
