So I have had irregular periods for the past I'd say 4-5 months now. Me and DH are trying for a baby and it's very difficult.

I started my periods on the 8th June and have been on since. No sign of it getting lighter if anything they are still very heavy (sorry for TMI)

I contacted doctors and have blood test and they said eveything has come back fine no issues etc.

I just don't understand how I can be on for this long. Has this happened to anyone else? Has anyone got any advice to what I can do??

It's one of the noted side effects of the vaccine, could it be that?

LovesLags123450 · 30/06/2021 20:54

@Lolalovesroses I haven't had the Vaccine as of yet. So it's not that.

I just don't know what it could be. Bloods completely fine and doctors said they already did an examination months ago an that came back fine too. So I'm just so confused

I had this....but in peri. How old are you

Have you had (could you have had) Covid at the time it changed? Lots of reports of Covid messing up periods.

@colincarrot I'm 27

@Authenticcelestialmusic it actually could be. I did have chest issues a couple of months ago and the wierdedf thing was I called 111 when I had shortness of breathe. The ambulance was sent out an I was in hospital and they didn't even check to see if I had COVID. They just put me on oxygen an gave me an inhaler an sent me home. Found that very odd.
