Over the last week or so I’ve felt intense pain when going to the toilet in both my bladder and my bowels. I’m going to the toilet as ‘normal’ ie there’s no blood or anything like that but I’ve noticed I’m experiencing painful spasms whenever I’m passing gas or having any bowel movements 
I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced anything similar or if anyone can give me any insight into what’s going on? I haven’t called my gp yet.
