If so, what happened to deal with it please?
I've happily had mine for 3 years but recently had bleeding / discharge and could no longer feel the strings. A scan has revealed it is dislodged.
Waiting to hear from Dr about next steps. I'm really bad with speculums and smears so I think I would prefer some sort of local anaesthetic if that's feasible.
