Apparently I have a perfect pelvic floor

Namechanged for this but it's been three years since I was referred to a pelvic floor physio for incontinence. They lost my referral, I chased them up, finally got an appointment, was told to do lots of pelvic floor exercises (which I did to no avail), followup appointment was cancelled by NHS, Covid struck so nothing happened for over a year then I finally get another face to foof appointment where they actually do a physical and I'm told there is nothing wrong with my pelvic floor and the muscles are working perfectly and are actually better than average.

Whilst I'm relieved to hear it as I thought I was going mad, I'm also fed up as I'm now on another long waiting list to see uro-gynaey specialist now.

It was mentioned that sometimes ligaments can influence the bladder which I thought Hmmmm! I'm hyper mobile, could that have anything to do with it. Erm yes it could! Feck why couldn't they have checked my fanny in the first place.
Jeez! Anyway I just wanted to share for anyone else who may be getting fobbed off with having to do the exercises to extreme measures
