Wrinkly arm skin from holding baby?? Is this actually a thing??

Noticed recently my left forearm skin has been wrinkling (crepe paper like skin) after holding my baby (8m). I don't hold him on the right arm (just feels weird/less secure) so it's quite obvious now. I thought I was just a bit dehydrated to start with but I think now it's just constantly getting creased with the pressure (even if I just hold him for a few seconds) and the wrinkles are taking longer and longer to disappear. Am I destined to have one wrinkly forearm forever as I won't be stopping picking him up for a while!! I'm only 33!
