Bleeding mid cycle then no AF

hi just need a little advice..I bled for 2 days mid cycle (medium flow) & was due on AF yesterday. Has anyone else had this & not came on AF? does this mean my periods have have changed...really confused

I’ve had this before many times. Seemed to be hormonal or during cycles when I wasn’t eating enough or over-exercising
Possible late ovulation?
Any stress?

thank you I think I was due to ovulate the day after I stopped bleeding. have been exercising but little hopefully goes back to normal next month thank you

Have you had a covid vaccine in the past couple of months? My period came about 10 days early, around 6-7 weeks after 1st Pfizer. normally I'm very regular. After reading a few threads on here I'm assuming that was the cause.

no I haven't had mine yet

but have read up abut & said it could be hormones or ovulation hopefully back to normal next month
