Another cerastes

I posted a while ago about bleeding more than usual on Cerazette. Thankfully that's stopped.
I'm on month 6 and I've had periods consistently throughout. But this month I was due probably just over a week ago, maybe two. I've had two days of hidden rageand cramps but not extremely bad and nothings appeared at all. I take it very carefully so I'm trying not to be paranoid.
I know some people have their periods stop altogether but if that's the case do all the other symptoms still come? Like the mood change? Because that was as noticeable to me as normal

following.....currently into my 4th week of bleeding on it!! Thankfully not heavily and my GP said it doesn't mean there's anything medically wrong and to see if it settles down but if it's not stopped by the end of this month I'm done with it as that will be 7 weeks and 8 weeks out of 12!!

@emmathedilemma I was so annoyed with it at the start but it did regulate eventually. I'm just wondering if it's normal to keep the symptoms but not actually have a period.
