Itchy bum crack

The very top of my bum crack is red and, when I touch it, very itchy.
I discovered it when washing in the shower. I think it’s due to the hot weather as not had it before. I wear cotton knickers and I’ve been putting a bit of Sudocrem on it, but no improvement.
Any ideas ?

Could be a bit of thrush caused by the heat, Canesten cream might work.

Liquid talc from Asda baby range helps keep little nooks and crannies dry . It’s also great for chub rub

Now I’ve got sweat rash between my boobs too. I hate summer !

Go get derma care from boots now
It’s a 1% steroid and will solve it!

Canesten hasn’t worked unfortunately, so I’ll try steroid next as I’ve got some in.

You need antifungal. Its probably intertrigo especially under the breasts. I have daktacort for it or also timodine is very good!

Sounds like jock itch of the butt crack.

Keeping it clean and dry is important.

It’s not impetigo.
The sweat rash between my boobs disappears after I take my bra off and have a shower. It’s because by bra pushes my boobs together, I need a good old Cross Your Heart bra to lift and separate !
And the bum crack itch went with steroid cream.
I’m going try some liquid talc.
